About Our Staff Members

Dr. Ooms has a PhD in Applied Psychoneurophysiology, and an M.S. in Clinical Psychology. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and is Board Certified in Neurofeedback. She has 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and 15 years integrating neurofeedback and psychophysiological self-regulation technology into her scope of treatment. Her research is in EEG correlates of Mystical Experience and EEG correlates of Integral meta-theory human development and potential. She began NeuroVibe in early 2025 to help give back to the communities in Downers Grove and the surrounding area. 

Zach Sheikh has a bachelors degree in Psychology from Benedictine University.  He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. He has two years of experience and training in Neurofeedback and administration. Zach is passionate about mental healthcare, as well as bringing a welcoming and friendly experience to his clients here at Neurovibe. 

Diane Kuknyo has substantial experience in bioscans, and brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the area. Her approach is characterized by kindness, care, and thoroughness, ensuring that each client receives the best possible support and attention. Diane is passionate about staying at the forefront of her field, continually learning and adapting to new advancements. Beyond her technical expertise, she excels in fostering strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
